Hi all,

I'm looking for a good resource.
Small warning that this might be frustrating or triggering to read re: stigma.

Situation: I was in a discussion and someone said "in a perfect world, we wouldn't have autism". When I spoke up, after a quick back and forth, they said they meant more than people wouldn't have barriers, but I'm not entirely convinced that was what they meant. At the same time, it is someone who supports accessibility, but I know is a bit earlier in their journey re: inclusion and celebrating diversity (example probably understands physical accessibility and sensory accessibility more than cognitive accessibility, etc.).
What I'm looking for: I'd like to send the person some additional information that's simple and easy to read about neurodiversity and strengths/diversity. I'd like it to be a resources that is going to be more readable by someone who doesn't typically read equity and inclusion documents - meaning it is not too filled with equity jargon. I'd like it to be more educational and not in any way shaming towards someone who doesn't understand inclusion/diversity well yet.

Any good resources people could recommend?

Thanks,
Julia
