There is a process to submit petitions to the legislature.
https://www.ola.org/en/get-involved/petitions
In the page above it explains how to have your petition presented to the legislature. Any individual can contact their local MPP and ask them to present a petition in the legislature. It is good strategically for an organization or a movement to find members who live in a riding where the MPP is an opposition critic for the Ministry responsible for the issue. As a constituent they have a bit more cred when asking to meet the MPP and bring up the issue and how it affects their lives. Other members of the organization can accompany them to provide additional information on the issue in general. This is a good opportunity to educate the MPP on the issues you are bringing forward while you arrange to have the petition submitted to the legislature.
In addition to that main point of contact you can also encourage your individual members and allies collect signatures on the petition forms (in the format described in the linked page above) and ask their own MPPs (whether from the governing party or the opposition) to bring the petitions forward to the legislature. Having the petitions being entered into the record at Queens Park by different MPPs shows breadth of support for the issue and brings it into the mind of a larger set of the MPPs.
You can find more information on getting involved in governance and on contacting your MPP at the following page.

Your first point of contact is an MPP. They can guide you through the process and give you ideas on other ways to bring your opinions to the legislature and the government.
