interesting question, Mark. I have no direct experience but I'm intrigued
because while the Leg is specifically obligated under the AODA/IASR, the
IASR does not contemplate political or citizenship actions but rather
sticks to 'goods and services' language.

Hopefully others on thai list have knowledge?
