[community] Research on Collaboration and Learning Frameworks

My name is Nikkie and I am an alumni from the INCD program. I am currently working on a project in collaboration with the Pan-Canadian Disability Coalition (PCDC) to co-design a collaboration and learning framework and was wondering if you could kindly include the following message in the upcoming IDRC Community mailing list? The Pan-Canadian Disability Coalition (PCDC) is comprised of 34 organizations across the country that work to promote inclusivity in Canada and improve the quality of life for persons with disabilities. The PCDC is developing a Coalition-wide framework for collaboration and learning that will outline parameters for coordination, facilitation, and meaningful engagement. The framework also seeks to enable organizations to align on a vision for change, priority issues, activities, and measurements and evaluation.

The PCDC has partnered with Coeuraj, a transformation consultancy to co-design the framework. Coeuraj is leading systems research to explore how other organizations, networks, and communities have developed and used collaboration and learning frameworks.

As a start, we are looking for examples of collaboration and learning frameworks (including Collective Impact frameworks) grounded in accessibility, human rights, anti-oppression, and intersectionality that have been implemented within the social impact sector to create equitable systems change.
