Hello,
My name is Sara Boback and I am an Inclusive Design student at OCAD University in Toronto. I’m hoping to draft guidelines on addressing barriers and exclusions that have been introduced by health care systems during Covid-19.
I’m looking for people who have experienced barriers when accessing health care to help me design guidelines to improve health care services. The guidelines can be used by health care providers to improve their services and access to information.

Have you experienced exclusion in accessing health care services or information during the Covid-19 pandemic?
If yes, are you willing to help contribute to the design of new recommendations for health care systems and service providers to improve access to services?
As a co-designer, you would join a small group in four to five one-hour online sessions in February and possibly early March. You will help decide the best way to design and create the guidelines. Participants will be compensated with a $40.00 Amazon gift card per one hour of their time.
