OCAD University  is hiring a Learning Skills Specialist to develop and deliver learning support programs for students at OCAD University (OCAD U). This role is located within the Writing & Learning Centre (WLC), OCAD U’s academic success unit, and collaborates closely with the team in Student Accessibility Services (SAS) as well as other academic support units across the university.

All WLC programs are informed by our commitments to decolonization, anti-racism and multilingualism, as well as inclusive and critical pedagogies that centre students’ lived experiences. We are looking for someone who shares these commitments and will be able to put them into practice through a range of programming and initiatives. This role also contributes to educational research and faculty professional learning in the area of inclusive pedagogy and student learning skills development.
