[community] Draft article on Closed Captioning for online meetings

Hi
I have drafted a short article on Closed Captioning for online events,
based on my limited experience during the pandemic.  I am sure there are
many people more knowledgeable than myself on the topic on this list.
Would be grateful if you could help me identify any inaccuracies before I
publish the article.

p.s. I could not figure out how to include a readable table using LinkedIn
