Hello Theresa, this is a great question.  Not sure if you are asking from a
day to day basis or from the business lens.
We frequently see statements that say that once you leave the page or
message you are sharing links that may  present  accessibility challenges or
barriers. 
Option 1: we encourage you to let us know  so that we can provide an
alternate way to access the information
Option 2: Please contact the resource directly to notify them of the
barriers you encounter.

So depending on who your audience is and what you are responsible for, the
statements will vary. Let me know if you need something else.
