[community] Regarding the GSOC 2020

Dear Jon Sir,
 I am Mohit Gouti from India and I am a sophomore engineering student. I
have gone through both the websites FLOE and FLUE from the project *Migrate
FLOE and Fluid project websites to a Modern Static Site Generator.*

My views after reviewing both the sites are they tend to be sluggish
according to me adding new content would be tough to the existing code
because of the distribution of the content and has poor accessibility also
has a poor UI which cant be simply ignored, along with this I have gone
through the features of the HUGO which on implementation can improve the
website's both UI as well as performance.

Kindly if you can tell me what should be my next steps.
