[community] Resources for serrvice design with PWD

Hi community, there is a lot of new interest in inclusive design in the
Ministry of Children, Community & Socal Services since we created our new
Service Design Unit in the Business Innovation Branch and also because of
the heightened awareness around anti-racism in the past few weeks.

What do you think are the resources that the public service needs to use to
do design services inclusively? PLease let me know, with links if you can -
thanks!

Resources are needed on all aspects of design, including use of
terminology, research methods, co-design, problem framing, documenting
tradeoffs, measurement and evaluation.
