You might be able to find information from ODEN - Ontario Disability Employment Network. They are a network of 100 agencies that provide employment opportunities for people with disabilities. They will have stats and costs on this as they are big proponents of advocating potential employment opportunities for people with disabilities: https://odenetwork.com/

Subject: [community] Cost of on job training for persons with disabilities
Hello INCD Community,
I hope everyone is doing well and safe from the extreme weather!
I am conducting a small research paper regarding the cost of on job training for jobseekers with disabilities (not officially employed or in the probation period of employment). I am looking for direct costs like cost of physical adjustments or hidden/indirect costs like hours spent by line managers or coworkers to oversee trainee performance and guidance.
I am looking for similar studies or research papers to include in my paper. If anyone came across similar studies or articles that I can use as a reference, I would highly appreciate sharing it with me.
Thank you!
Aya
