[community] User friendly video editing software

Hello,
The Youtube video editor sounds like what you're after. Sadly, I don't
think you can edit videos outside posting them on Youtube, but you can have
your videos be unlisted and just share the link, or make them private and
manually share the video with people with a gmail account.
Also, I've heard the photos app on Windows 10 can do basic editing as well.
