[community] User friendly video editing software

Can anyone suggest some video editing software that puts a priority on being really user friendly and intuitive (rather than loaded with features that never get used)? 

In this case, the videos would be for vlogs for a YouTube channel. We're not making movies with fancy transitions/slow motion! So it really only need it have a standard brief music/title card at the start, long talking head shot sequence with periodic edits to delete unwanted bits).
We're in a windows 10 environment.
