[community] Please Help Us Identify Some Canadian Organizations

Hi Everyone,

We are interested in reaching out to communities in Canada that are at risk of being excluded from the emerging practice of virtual healthcare. Please help us learn about organizations that address the needs of people who may be at risk of exclusion such as those with differences in abilities, access to technology, communication, geography, digital literacy, language, housing insecurity,  etc.  We want to reach out to their members to carry out co-designs for virtual health systems.

We are looking for organizations at all levels: local community, provincial/territorial and national.
