Reporting to the Director, Equity, Diversity & Human Rights, you will lead and champion accessibility, equity and inclusion through City's programs, services and policies while managing an assurance framework, to identify, assess and mitigate accessibility-related risk. You will also ensure compliance with the City's Accessibility-related commitments, policies and initiatives. As the Program Manager, you will oversee the implementation of the City's Multi-Year Accessibility Plan, ensuring cross-divisional coordination and collaboration.
