[community] Asking for a strategy/parameter suggestion

How are you doing?


I would  like to ask you to, please, give me a suggestion an advice. I'm
studying inclusion in one of the biggest festivals in Brazil, which has
been recognized as an inclusive event. But I want to understand the user's
perspective about it to check if it is really inclusive for them. Do you
know if there is a standard or a parameter to evaluate an inclusive
experience?


I think I could use it as a baseline to interview them. Is there a method
or a strategy you would recommend?
