[community] Changes to announcing Design Crits

Hi everyone,


Today there will not be a design crit.


Also, beginning today, design crit cancellations will no longer be announced to this mailing list. Instead, only scheduled speakers / topics will be announced to the list.


This will help reduce some of the emails sent.
