Hello,
Here is an article how one of the design thinking camps that the DSchool
works with brought people with disabilities into their program and the
lessons they learned:

I think it's a good start, although there statements are a little broad
sweeping and presumptive (have they tried using the disability restrooms in
airports? I can't figure out how most of them work for the life of me!) and
"Give someone a handshake" still excludes those who can't give "a
handshake", but the article does detail very clear lessons they learned and
how they adopted the "inclusive" mindset in their company, which is the
most important step in any organization.
What are other people's thoughts on the article?
