About the Position

You are an Unreal Engine developer. You build exciting and engaging
applications such as casual games, interactive presentations, and
experiential marketing installations. In addition to your superior
development skills, you are a creative problem solver with excellent oral
and written communication skills. You are self-motivated, work well under
pressure, and can handle tight deadlines. You desire creative freedom and

This project is undertaken with the financial support of the Government of
Canada through Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada –
Digital Skills for Youth, as part of the Youth Employment Strategy.


   - Commit to delivering high-quality, polished, and reliable Unreal
   Engine 4-based applications
   - Develop and support engaging interactive applications
   - Take responsibility for interpreting and implementing design and
   customer requirements
   - Contribute ideas and improvements to project designs, pipelines, and
   - Provide ongoing support and documentation of Inhance-based software
   products and services
   - Inspire colleagues to continuously generate forward-thinking ideas and
   actively contribute to a culture of innovation and excellence
   - Help build on our creative legacy and award-winning work
   - Great understanding of the Unreal Engine SDK including C++ and
   Blueprints, multiplayer, UI and AIInterest in developing AR and VR games
   and apps
   - Must have excellent presentation and communication skills (written,
   oral, internal, and client-facing)
   - Proven ability to plan and execute responsibilities with minimal
   - Also, a plus: Experience with Unity, knowledge of iOS or Android,
   development experience with 3D and other frameworks
