see attached review of the UK's policy reform in disability-related income
supports.
On page 7 there is a great synopsis of why quantitative tools often fail to
capture the reality of 'outlier' needs and preferences - in this case, the
Work Capability Assessment survey
Is anyone in this community working on research or design to create
inclusive employment assessment tools that work well for individual needs
but can also be scaled - here in the Ministry there is a lot of interest in
this sort of research work
