BACKGROUND INFORMATION
ServiceOntario (SO) is working on enhancing the ServiceOntario Services to
Individual (S2i) Portal via S2i Enhancement Project. The new work will span
online services for Health, Driver and Vehicles, Child Support Services as
well as Benefits Transformation. In addition, there are IT changes that
must be completed in 2018 for these online services. Additional initiative
involves the re-platforming of the ServiceOntario eNotification System and
Service. These IT changes to most SO online applications and technologies
are expected to be completed within the next year.
The ServiceOntario Service Finder project objective is to reboot the
service to become the service-first application that serves all Ontario
citizens looking for ServiceOntario service and location information. This
application is in need of a refresh and expansion using service design
methodology and best practices to support digital end-to-end processing,
improve the customer experience, and expand digital service offering.
The ServiceOntario Service Finder 2.0 objective is to improvement
usability, capability of expanding current appointment service catalogue
and location types, enhance experience and extend customer journey start to
end, as well as update SODP Visual Identity look & feel.
Resource will work on small to medium size projects, on operational work
packages, and assist full-time employees in other projects as assigned by
the Project Manager.
Work will be completed on-site.
Resource will work within a technical team and report to the Project
Manager.
CLIENT’S REQUIREMENTS
Scope of Services and Deliverables - The Services and Deliverables to be
provided by the Vendor will include the following:
- Experience leading system/functional/regression/usability test cycles,
defect management and triage meetings - Extensive experience creating test
plan/strategy, test cases/scripts - Excellent skills writing testing and
technical documentation - Expertise with test automation (HP UFT) -
Experience testing mobile applications - Experience with Accessibility
testing - Experience with Google Analytics and Crystal reports - Excellent
oral and written communication skills
- Manage Traceability Matrix, Change Requests, defects, defect tracking
system and other project deliverable - Inform Project Manager and QA
Manager in writing of any issues or other material concerns related to the
assignment deliverable, as soon as he/she becomes aware of them
- Complete work and achieve milestones within the assigned timelines -
Prior experience working for the OPS and testing the Government Services
Integration Cluster applications is desired
