Re the words suggested so far, I like:
Collaboration or participatory — to indicate modality
Park — interesting word. Issue with lab is people can feel like guinea
pigs. Issue with sandbox is it sounds small. Issue with institute is that
it sounds institutional. Academy sounds formal. School can sound like
division of bigger place or place for youth.
Doesn’t mean they aren’t good words. Like paint , it can depend how they
are combined.
I don’t much like life-long learning in title but more in a mandate. It
suggests for seniors or continuing education, in a title.
But learning on its own is good.
So, experiment:
Collaborative learning park
Participatory learning park
Collaborative learning centre
Centre for collaborative design
Centre for collaborative education
Centre for co-design
Centre for inclusive co-design
Centre for participatory action
