[community] Case studies for Inclusive products and services

Hello Inclusive Design community,

I have been working on a one day workshop about Inclusive products and services for persons with disabilities dedicated for customer service, product developers and market research leads at private corporates. I would like your help to share with me case studies and examples for services or products that can be presented to them as examples.
