[community] Any recommendation for an accessible digital flip book

Hi Everyone

I was wondering if anyone has any recommendations for an accessible digital
flipbook?

I am designing an annual report that needs to exist in a flipbook format
online and it needs to be fully accessible and AODA compliance.
The major issue that I have had with flipbook generators on the web was
that they are image based so screen reader software is not able to read the
text to visually impaired individuals.

I would appreciate any help.
