No, This the first time I'm seeing such thing, it's very similar, the survey I sent basically have only one question, which is asking the participant to tell their story or as I mentioned it in the survey their experience in the emergency room.
In my survey I'm focusing on the physical (architecture/interior) elements in the waiting area, and I even listed those elements to the participant to trigger their memory about it.
Thank you for sharing, I will look further in to this, really interesting.
please feel free to fill the survey form if you have any story relating to it or share it with your friends and family .
thank you for the insight.
Regards.
Ahmed

Hi Ahmed,
Your MRP sounds great. I wonder if you have seen this?

Dear colleagues and friends.
I am writing this email in the hope of getting your help in me carrying out a survey as part of my MRP (Major Research Project) at OCADU. The aim of the survey is to get the experience of people in waiting areas in hospitals. I need your assistance in getting to those on your contact list with such experience, including family members, friends and colleagues. I expect this response not take more than 30 minutes and I hope this does not put a big burden on all those taking part.
