Hello Jutta,

These blogs are extremely helpful to me as I talk about Inclusive Design to
people in the Ontario Public Service and elsewhere. The blogs provide
language and figures that make it easier for me to convey the practice of
Inclusive Design and get key points across in ways that my audiences can
appreciate.

I am particularly interested in learning organization
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Learning_organization and organizational
culture change in public service. I think the dimension that is realization
that we are designing in a complex adaptive systems is particularly an
important dimension to get across to organizations.

Last week, the Ontario Public Service of the Future: 2018 Action Plan. It
is very good plan and diversity and inclusion are mirrors many aspects of
Inclusive Design dimensions such as self-organizing groups of employees to
achieve results, valuing diversity and inclusion

There is much work to be done to make this plan a reality as most people
still use the "waterfall" method of planning and executing change.

I am looking forward to learning more from these blogs as I continue my
work to create a more inclusive and agile org. culture.

Thanks for sharing these wonderful resources.

Best regards,

Ather
