[community] recommendations for wheelchair friendly accommodation in Toronto?

Hi all,

Our #a11yTO group is hosting a conference on Sep 28-29 in downtown Toronto,
and we have an attendee looking for "wheelchair friendly accommodation that
is ok with a dog and doesn’t cost an arm and a leg". Does anyone have any
recommendations? It turns out the Invictus Games are going on during the
same period.
