[community] WCAG and usability testing

Does anyone know of resources, studies, etc. that provide designers with guidance that would pass WCAG success requirements but are based on usability testing involving people with particular disabilities?   E.g., Too much scrolling, too many links. 
One academic study I found that comes close...
