[community] Graphic Designer recommendations

Hello Everyone,

I am working on a project for a client and we need a graphic designer (in
Canada preferably) who knows accessibility, so they can take prepared text
and make a good looking report for it that is accessible.

The designer would likely work with InDesign or something similar. This
file would likely need to be made into an ePub or PDF.

The key part here is the design and original file, and possibly an ePub
copy. I work on document accessibility for the client, but I don't do
graphic design work.

The designer needs to understand accessibility, and know how to make this
kind of report accessible in that original file.

The client wants a few suggestions for designers, and all firms/individuals
will bid on this contract.
