[community] Seeking resources: Thesis on elderly (50+) and mobile touchscreen devices

Hi all!

I'm a fourth year design student doing my thesis on how we can improve the
user experience of mobile touchscreen devices for the elderly (50+). I'm in
the early discovery phase of my research so am casting a wide net.

I was wondering if anyone knows of any resources available such as

   - experts in the field
   - current studies or research
   - community programs / initiatives
   - organizations
   - anything related to the topic that comes to mind
