[community] Differentiating Accessibility, Universal Design and Inclusive Design

There are two obvious problems that need to be addressed:

1. There is at least one author who has worked out a mapping between
universal design and inclusive design. So you will need to demonstrate
that the two in fact cannot be mapped to the other.

2. In French universal design and inclusive design are the same word, so
by insisting on a difference you are claiming the French understanding
to be incorrect. You will need to address how a distinction can be
created, since French is an official UN language.

It is a systemic approach that guards against the risk that persons will be excluded by the outcome, the set of criteria, the design process, or the indirect impact of a design. As such Inclusive Design encompasses both accessibility and Universal Design.
