[community] Pager for someone with low vision?

Has anyone come across a pager that has speech or a better / large print display and could be used by someone with vision loss? From what I can tell using solution on a cell phone isn't quite as reliable as a pager, so I'm talking about an actual pager as opposed to an app (though any information is useful).
