[community] Go Baby Go - children's mobility project

I love this project. I found it a couple years ago and I think it¹s a
great model. They provide either a free manual or a relatively affordable
kit (I don¹t remember which) that can be used by parents or therapists or
others to turn those toy cars that toddlers can drive around into mobility
aids (very mainstream, but also useful because power wheelchairs aren¹t
made for toddlers or very young kids, so they have limited ways of
independently getting around if they have difficulty walking).
