I have been following the discussion on this dimension topic and also
recall the draft document Jutta you put together several years ago.  I
agree that we need this articulated in a more simplistic form and agree
that   being unique and connected can work together. The piece in my mind
that is missed in the 3 proposed points is the ability to be holistic
through diverse collaboration and connectivity. Addressing those who are at
risk of greater divide, we must takenote of those who do not use media or
communicate through common channels for many reasons. We must step back and
ensure that while taking into consideration those 3 dimensions, we do not
create a bigger divide by not recognizing that while we believe we are all
connected, many don't feel that way. So it's bringing everyone together in
a way that we can form that complete circle. Hope this is helpful.
