[community] Marrakesh Treaty comes into force

Yesterday morning, Canada became the 20th nation to accede to the Marrakesh Treaty, which will bring the Treaty into force in three months’ time on September 30, 2016. This is a momentous day for the three million Canadians with a print disability, including half a million Canadians with significant vision loss who will soon have greater access to published literature in alternate formats.
