Dear Folks,

First of all thanks for your great contributions and conversations on this list — we’re excited to finally have a list to link our large community of inclusive thinkers together. 

We have switched the list to automatically reply to the sender of the original message rather than the list. We might have created some confusion with it set to reply to the list. This way the list will have less traffic and you can easily have off-list follow-ups with each other.

So, now when you press ‘reply’ to a message from the list you will reply only to the sender. Press ‘reply all’ and it’ll go to the list AND the original sender.

Thanks for your patience with these little bumps in the road — we’ll call it continuous improvement :)
